What is Nordic Walking?

Nordic walking is a whole body workout, using Nordic Poles to propel you forward, moving you faster, burning extra calories and involving the upper body muscles too.

Perfect low impact exercise; less pressure on the knees, hips, and back. Using nature as your gym, we walk through all the seasons day and night, enjoying our beautiful local countryside.

Our Walks

We run scenic walks throughout beautiful countryside and village footpaths. We see breathtaking views and learn new routes for your own personal use when not attending a class. We guarantee you will be reaching for your camera.

Our Pace

Although our walks are suitable for all fitness levels, you will need to be able to cover 3 miles comfortably within a session. When you come for your taster, we will be able to assess your fitness and ability, and advise you on the best class to attend.
